Clay Miller Raised in Dallas, Texas, Clay earned a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master of Architecture from Yale University. He has been practicing architecture in New York City since receiving his degree. He interned in the offices of Paul Rudolph and Maya Lin, and worked for eight years as a Senior Associate at the Polshek Partnership. An editor of Perspecta , the Yale Architecture Journal, he received a grant from the New York State Council on the Arts for his seminar at Parsons School of Design: “Re-thinking Designs of the Sixties.” He has taught architectural design and theory at Yale University, Parsons School of Design and Pratt Institute. In 1998, he founded his architectural practice, Miller McClurkan. Several years later, he reorganized this firm into the Brooklyn-based Bergen Street Studio for Architecture. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and three children.
Francelle Lim
Francelle Lim was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. She received a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. She has been practicing architecture in New York City since receiving her degree. Her experience includes working as a Project Architect at the Polshek Partnership for six years and serving as a Principal with Kostow Greenwood Architects, where she spent nine years prior to joining Bergen Street Studio for Architecture. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children. |
