Organized around a grand, curving stair, this six-story townhouse balances traditional and modern inspirations. On the street, the arched limestone entry takes cues from the historic street wall. While in the rear yard, two stories of glass connect the kitchen and media rooms to the garden and fountain below. The project includes a full sized elevator, wireless lighting and climate controls, radiant heating, central vacuuming, and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment. The ground floor entry opens to a garden level living room complete with a stone fireplace and ornamental, plaster ceilings.
