Clay Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University and a Master of Architecture from Yale University. He has been practicing architecture in New York City since receiving his degree. He interned in the offices of Paul Rudolph and Maya Lin, and worked as a Senior Associate at the Polshek Partnership. He has taught architectural design and theory at Yale University, Parsons School of Design and Pratt Institute. In 2001, he founded the Brooklyn-based Bergen Street Studio for Architecture. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and three children.

Jenny Gillette is a graduate of Columbia University's Barnard College and the University of Texas at Austin's School of Architecture. After moving back to New York to work with Christoff:Finio architecture, she worked with James Carpenter Design Associates and Kohn Pederson Fox before joining Bergen Street Studio. She teaches building technology as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University, where her area of interest is developing innovative uses of materials. She is LEED certified in Building Design and Construction, a member of the AIA, and is licensed to practice architecture in the state of NY.

Hallie Terzopolos has a Bachelors of Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. Her academic work has been featured in various publications including Architect's Magazine, and has been exhibited in New York City. Before joining Bergen Street Studio, Hallie was a designer at Diller Scofidio + Renfro where she worked on a range of cultural, residential, and public projects. She lives and works in Brooklyn.
